Wall-mounted tilting stainless steel bath drinker (1,0–3,0 m)

The wall-mounted tilting stainless steel trough drinker is designed for use in free-stall barns, especially for dairy cows. The drinker is made entirely from stainless steel and features large rounded corners, ensuring a safe construction without sharp edges for animals. The integrated rigid ¾-inch male threaded water connection means that no separate flexible connection hose is required. The water connection can be installed from either the right or left side by repositioning the valve.

The installed MASTERFLOW float valve provides a water flow rate of up to 40 l/min while maintaining a constant water level. The rounded valve cover can be opened without tools, making maintenance simple. The low water-level tilting design helps reduce water waste and slurry formation – compared to conventional 200-liter tilting drinkers, water savings can reach up to 25,000 liters per year (based on a cleaning interval of every 2 days). The drinker provides animals with free and comfortable access to the water surface and an optimal drinking height. Mounting options are made from stainless steel and are suitable for both wall and floor installation. It is suitable for connection to a water circulation system and is also available with electric frost protection.

The floor-mounted tilting stainless steel trough drinker is designed for use in free-stall barns, especially for dairy cows. The drinker is made entirely from stainless steel and features large rounded corners, ensuring a safe construction without sharp edges for animals. The integrated rigid ¾-inch male threaded water connection eliminates the need for a separate flexible connection hose. The water connection can be installed from either the right or left side by repositioning the valve.

Quick-drain bath drinker DE LUXE with plug holder (1,15–4,20 m)

The stainless steel trough drinker with a conical and sloped bottom is designed for dairy cows and is suitable for both wall mounting and floor installation with legs. The construction reduces water loss thanks to the splash protection edge and provides animals with comfortable access to drinking water. The drinker is equipped with a high-performance MASTERFLOW float valve (¾” connection), delivering up to 40 l/min water flow while maintaining a constant water level. The valve cover can be opened without tools, making maintenance simple.

The DE LUXE drain plug with holder allows drainage to be controlled above the water surface. The large drain opening ensures rapid emptying, and a holder for the drainage hose is also included. The overflow opening in the plug allows excess water (for example from a frost protection system) to be discharged in a controlled manner. Suitable for connection to a water circulation system and also available with electric frost protection.

4.20 m special version: An extra-long drinker with an internal length of 3.7 m, suitable for large barns. Provides water supply for approximately 37–46 dairy cows (8–10 cm of drinking edge per animal). Installed on a concrete wall in the center of the walkway in front of the cubicles. The two-part construction simplifies transportation; the connection point is sealed with silicone and secured using stainless steel bolts.

Round bath drinker 1.5 m – stainless steel (without mounting brackets)

Durable stainless steel trough drinker with rounded edges for dairy cows. A tubular edge surrounds the entire trough, while the rounded corners and sloped valve cover ensure safe use for animals. The splash protection edge helps reduce water loss. Equipped with a high-performance MASTERFLOW float valve (¾” connection) with a water flow rate of up to 40 l/min. The valve cover can be opened without tools. A large drain opening and drainage pipe holder allow for quick cleaning. Supplied without mounting brackets (wall, floor, or post mounting options available as accessories).

ISO Drinker Mod. 6620 – 24 V, 180 W

The ISO drinker with two opposing drinking positions is a space-saving solution for free-stall barns. It allows two animals to drink simultaneously, reducing competition at the drinking area. Suitable for approximately 30–40 animals. The drinker features a double-walled and insulated polyethylene base (with 6 floor mounting holes). The bowl and cover are made from stainless steel. The installed MAXIFLOW float valve provides a water flow rate of up to 40 l/min while maintaining a constant water level. The valve cover and maintenance opening can be opened without tools.

Frost protection

The integrated 24 V, 180 W heating system (2 × 80 W heating elements + 20 W heating cable) protects the drinker and piping down to –20 °C (transformer required). A SIBIRIA version (380 W) is also available, providing protection down to –30 °C. All water and electrical connections are located inside the drinker, out of reach of animals. The ¾” water connection is located underneath, and a reinforced flexible hose is included. A large drain opening allows for quick cleaning and helps prevent ice formation in front of the drinker during winter.

Recommendation: for dairy cows, install on a concrete base approximately 20 cm high.
