The N15 and N18 walkway coverings are elastic rubber flooring systems that provide cows with a soft, comfortable, and joint-friendly walking surface. The hammered surface profile offers excellent slip resistance during both walking and standing while maintaining safe performance even in wet conditions. Thanks to the elastic construction, cows move much more comfortably on N15 and N18 rubber coverings with reduced stress on their joints compared to concrete flooring. This supports animal welfare and helps maintain good hoof health.
The 15 mm thick N15 and the 18 mm thick N18 walkway coverings are ideal for almost seamless installation, particularly in waiting areas and milking parlors. Both coverings are compatible with manure scrapers. All Huber Technik barn floor coverings are PAH-neutral and comply with DIN standards. The coverings are installed on a level concrete floor. Installation of the roll material is simple, fast, and time-saving.
Alley Floor N26 ALLEY
The N26 ALLEY walkway covering is an elastic rubber flooring system that provides exceptionally high slip resistance during both walking and standing. The underside profile with studs and grooves creates a pleasantly soft and comfortable walking surface, allowing cows to move safely while reducing stress on their joints. The grooves on the surface ensure rapid separation and drainage of urine. As a result, hooves remain drier, the hoof horn can regenerate healthily, and the risk of hoof diseases is reduced.
The N26 ALLEY walkway covering features a slope towards the drainage channels, helping to separate urine and manure. As a result, ammonia formation is reduced, improving the barn’s indoor climate and supporting animal welfare. The N26 ALLEY walkway covering is compatible with adapted flap gate systems.
