The foam base consists of 30 mm or 40 mm thick composite foam panels that ensure optimal cushioning and lying comfort. The material’s compressive strength is designed to withstand the high point loads of dairy cows while maintaining its shape and properties for many years.

Huber Technik Quattrobox OUTDOOR is an innovative outdoor cubicle solution designed to improve hygiene, simplify cleaning, and optimize investment costs. The seamless rubber covering system allows four lying cubicles to be formed from a single rubber sheet – two side by side and two facing each other. This construction ensures easy maintenance and meets high animal housing standards.
The unique design, combined with the slope of the concrete surface and the supporting structure, ensures rapid drainage of rainwater, meltwater, and urine. As a result, the cubicles remain drier and there is no need to build a roof structure. The seamless surface allows for quick and time-saving cleaning, both manually and mechanically. Huber Technik Kombibox is a combined cubicle solution that integrates a soft Soft Bed system in the front section with a deep-bedded area in the udder section. The front section consists of an 80 mm thick composite foam cushion combined with an 8GS top cover. This solution optimally relieves pressure on the cows’ carpal joints and allows bedding usage to be reduced by up to 70%. It also provides durable and long-lasting cushioning in the front part of the cubicle.
